I really enjoyed coming to this location of Starbucks. The inside is small, but it was very clean and tidy. The drinks were absolutely perfect. I ordered the drinks before hand in my app and they were ready upon arrival. The staff is very friendly and kind. The bathrooms were also very clean.

I needed a pit stop and caffeine boost - this was nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and especially patient with me (I was in full-on Brain Fog Mode). In the back sitting area, one long wall is lined with a cushioned bench. There are six tables at the bench. So someone like me, who prefers a softer seat, can sit across from my friends in the chairs. Two of the tables are wheelchair friendly. I also like that the back area isn't too brightly lit. Nice place to sit and chill, study... More so than most Starbucks.

Generally pretty decent service but sometimes the drinks can be a little hit or miss in terms of being made well. The drink I got (a coffee frappucino) isn't supposed to have any whip - as I've been lowkey scolded for specifying no whip before at other locations. I'm lactose intolerant so I always request nondairy milk and no whip on drinks that usually come with whip. Unfortunately for me I got a healthy dollop of whip IN the drink as well as on top lol. Not a huge deal and we drove away since the line was long and it wasn't worth kicking a fuss up about, but I do wish the consistency was better. If you have a dairy allergy it might be worth specifying in case. Sometimes the drinks are made right, sometimes they just aren't.

This is by far the best Starbucks in Rochester! I’m not the type to write reviews, but there is a barista named Kk that is the sweetest soul! She is one of the kindest baristas I have ever met. This Starbucks also almost never messes up orders. This is seriously my favorite Starbucks, and all definitely deserves a raise for all her hard work and kindness!
